* Before you make an order, please email to inquire whether there are goods. We will reply you about products and shipment information as soon as possible;
* If you agree the above email which we reply you, then you select the item that interests you in the shopping catalogue;
* Add the item to your shopping cart and return to the catalogue to continue shopping;
* After shopping, checkout the shopping cart to ensure your order;
* Fill in the delivery form carefully to avoid delay or wrong accrued;
* Send another email to info@supergt.com.hk with photocopy of credit card (both size), card holder's name, expiry date and CVV code (This number is printed on your MasterCard & Visa cards in the signature area of the back of the card. (It is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card number in the signature area of the card).
* We will send you confirmation by email with the reference code(e.g. stock code, invoice code), please print it out and retain for future reference;
* If there are good, we will arrange delivery by our designated courier within 1 week
2. Payment Method
We accept Visa and Master Card only.
3. Currency Exchange
All transactions must be paid by US Dollars. Customers have to look for their local currency exchange rate with their own credit card issuing bank.
4. Delivery/Shipping Charge
Delivery charges have to be paid by the customers. Since it's almost impossible to set an actual postage (international) with the system, we have to do this manually for each order and will confirm you after you ordering.
5. Tax
We will not charge any sales tax. However, sales tax could be charged by domestic government. Customer is responsible for such tax. Please ask for detail information from your domestic customs department.
6. Insurance
The customers may decide whether to purchases the insurance of the goods themselves, and the insurance premium paid by them.
7. Order Cancellation
No cancellation is allowed for confirmed order. Exception will be granted at Super GT Ltd. discretion.
8. Return Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at info@supergt.com.hk to obtain an authorization for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. Damaged/defective items must be returned to us within seventh (7) days of delivery, securely packaged and wrapped. The shipping or postage charges of return items will be according to the situation of items/events to decide whether the customers or Super GT Ltd. will be responsible. Super GT Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision of all shipping or postage charges of return items.
