1　Ordering Procedure

1. Before you make an order, please email to info@supergt.com.hk or > Contact us < to inquire whether there are goods. We will reply you about the products and the shipment information as soon as possible.
   
   
2. If you agree the email which we reply you, then you can select the item that interests you in the shopping catalogue and add them into your “shopping cart”.
   
   
3. After shopping, customers need to checkout your “shopping cart” to confirm your order.
   
   
4. Fill in the order form carefully to avoid delay or wrong accrued.
   
   

   *	Customers are free to choose your payment method: By Credit card, PayPal or telegraphic transfer.

5. After we received your payment, we will send you a confirmation by email with the reference codes (e.g. invoice code, stock code). Please print it out and retain it for reference. Also, we will arrange to deliver the goods for you within a week.
   
   

   *	If customers purchase by cash, it is no need to pay any payment charges.
   *	The postal address must be same as the purchaser, and the goods must be received and signed by the purchaser himself. Otherwise, the goods will be returned back to our company.

  Please send an > Email < to us attached with a photocopy of credit card front and back side. The photocopy must clearly show the card holder's name, expiry date and the CVV code. (This CCV code is the last 3 digits printed on the signature area of your VISA or MASTER Card.)

  After we confirmed your order, we will send you a “PayPal Request Payment Letter” to your email.

  *	If customers choose Telegraphic / Remittance Transfer, both side bank charges have to be paid by customers.

3　Currency Exchange

• All overseas transactions must be paid by US Dollars.

4　Delivery/Shipping Charges

• Delivery charges have to be paid by customers. The delivery charges amount we provided is just for reference only.

5　Tax

• We will not charge any sales tax. However, sales tax could be charged by domestic government. Customer is responsible for such tax. Please ask for detail information from your domestic customs department.

6　Insurance

• Customers may decide whether purchases the insurance of goods. Also, the insurance premium is paid by the customers themselves.

7　Order Cancellation

• No cancellation is allowed for confirmed order. Exception will be granted at Super GT Ltd. discretion.

8　Return Policy

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us by > Email < immediately to obtain an authorization for returns.
  
  
• Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. Damaged/defective items must be returned to us within seventh (7) days of delivery, securely packaged and wrapped.
  
  
• The shipping or postage charges of the return items will be according to the situation of items/events to decide whether the customers or Super GT Ltd. will be responsible. Super GT Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision of all shipping or postage charges of return items.
